Q: What rules would I follow to make changes on combined (end on end) fares? A: Please be advised that when making a change or cancelling a ticket issued using end on end fares ie. a combination of fare basis, the most restrictive penalty would govern the entire ticket irrespective of which segment is being changed. Q: Are there any destinations that are not e-ticketable? A: The following 2 routes are not e-ticketable:
Tehran (IKA): will be e-ticketable for travel from 22nd October 2008 In addition Infant tickets with a combination of UA and BD are not e-ticketable. In order to issue tickets to any of these destinations please contact Michael Pickett at our ticket office located in PHX, Arizona and provide him with complete PNR information, including fare information, FOP ie. credit card and your contact information including telephone, fax, email and mailing address.
